Dr Rami Alissa - I just wanted to thank you, Mr Rami Alissa, Diane and Gillian for being so accommodating over my recent visit and for your help several times in the past. Not that I should be surprised as, in my experience, you run the practice with complete professionalism and good humour.

Rami Alissa - I am a fairly new patient to the practice and am delighted with my move. I am fortunate to be under the care of Rami Alissa who is gentle and excellent with his expertise. I have always been treated with dignity and respect being an NHS patient. Have always been thoughtfully cared for eg getting a higher chair to make it easier for me. My treatment by your dental team has been excellent - as good or better than my 'private' dental treatment elsewhere - EW 20.01.11
Tigran Melkonjan - I have always been impressed with the care, empathy and treatment given by Tigran but now even more so following my root canal treatment which needed extensive work and which was undertaken with utter care, attention and professionalism

The White Dental Spa Team - I was extremely nervous to say the least about undergoing any form of dentistry and to do so voluntarily took a huge leap of faith. I found my fears were completely unjustified. From the first consultation to the final treatment, the staff, the Practice Manager and the dentist, went to great lengths to explain the procedure to help me understand my treatment and to put me at ease. Tigran Melkonjan - Tigran is the best dentist I have ever had (having seen at least 6 in the past). Everytime I see him the treatment is excellent. I would like to share my experience with regards to the treatment that I have received at the While Dental Spa. Sohana Hudah has been so very kind to me and is a very understanding and also professional person. I explained to her about the migrains that I have been suffering from for many years and when Sohana examined my teeth she could see evidence that I was grinding my teeth and she was able to recommend a splint to help me to break this habbit. Sohana had been on an up to date course to teach her how to make a splint for people like myself who grind their teeth and I think I was the first person to benefit from her new skill. This aid has helped me to break my habbit of grinding and consequently my migrains have decreased and my life has been changed from having to take pain relief for my migrains on a regular basis to taking pain relief now only occasionally. By wearing the splint for two weeks I was able to start to break the habbit. The grinding started again and Sohana recommended that I wear it for another two weeks. I had to repeat this process several times until finally I seem to have stopped. The splint is always there incase I start grinding again but I haven't needed to now for several months.
Due to the grinding habbit now being broken the damage caused to my teeth is not as bad and Sohana has been able to repair some front teeth that I damaged with my grinding. I also needed to have a root filling at the front of my mouth into a very narrow root canal as that particular tooth was so tiny and this was a difficult procedure. Sohana always tries her best for me and has helped to improve my quality of life and now when I smile I can do so with more confidence. I am very grateful for my treatment by Sohana and believe that she has been a key person in helping me in becoming a much healthier, happier and a more relaxed person.

Dr Rami Alissa - Sara aged 12 says 'He was the best dentist I have ever had. There should be more nice dentists, he calmed me down as I was upset. His nurse was really nice too. I would like to say to all other children don't worry about injections because they don't hurt. You will feel a little scratch and that's it. Sara's mum said Rami is an absolute credit to the dental industry.
